Alubox.com reserves retention of title until the customer has paid the invoice in full.
Warranty
All our products come with an ordinarily applicable warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
This warranty does not cover freight costs or labour costs, if any (e.g. assembly and dismantling) for the buyer.
The buyer is liable for damage occurring after dispatch. This also applies to damage during freight.
If you wish insure your consignment, please inform us of this when ordering.
Goods are non-returnable unless agreed in advance.
If it has been agreed that a customer may return a product, the condition and quantity of the product must be the same as when the product was dispatched from WIBERG & WIBERG.
The customer must pay the costs (postage/freight/own transport) of returning the product to WIBERG & WIBERG. Expenses incurred in connection with delivering the product using a carrier, the postal service or own transport means from WIBERG & WIBERG will not be repaid.
Nor will expenses incurred by the customer be repaid for payments carried out via the Internet using a payment card or via a bank transfer.
